Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and include all the products we offer in our store.All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number specified so that it can be replaced with another product in case the product is damaged or has a defect, or if it has not been used in accordance with the agreement.The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page of our website.A deduction of 30% or a minimum value  will apply if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or mentioned issues
